What Goes On - Colour Fail
Fans of WGO might have noticed a big problem with #35 and '36. They posted on Friday and Saturday and I accidentally uploaded in CMYK rather than RGB. You don't really need to know that right now. What you need to know is that the problem whereby you COULDN'T EVEN SEE THEM...is now fixed. Woohoo!

The Big Fish - Colour Illustration
Sat near the man-made waterfall just outside my office I sketched a little bird. There was one swimming on the water in front of me who looked vaguely like the one here. Then I sketched a fish. Then I thought - Hey! We have a scene going on here. So I chopped the birds head off and switched it round the other way so he could gawp at the high flying fish overhead. Illustrator live trace and Photoshop for colour. Looks fun I think, and worth clicking on it to view big.

What's going on with What Goes On?
Regular readers of this site will be starting to wonder what's happened to 'What Goes On'. Well I took a week off from writing it then I was all raring to go again just now and...well...the dog ate my homework. Or something. Check back tomorrow. Yes tomorrow 2nd August for the triumphant RETURN of What Goes On. [cue dramatic music]

Lanterns on the beach at Filey
Just before sunset on the beach in Filey people were lighting these lanterns in memory of loved ones. Very pretty.
I lost my glasses kneeling down in the sand taking this one. Went back to find them half buried ten minutes later.
